RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our 60-Night Sleep Guarantee
We built TrueAligned to change your mornings, and we give you 60 nights to let it prove that in your own bed.
If you're not noticing better mornings within 60 nights of delivery, email us at support@shoptruealigned.com and we'll make it right with a full refund of your purchase price. Your free copy of Pain-Free by Morning: The Side Sleeper's Spine Guide (ebook) is yours to keep either way.
How refunds work
Send us an email at support@shoptruealigned.com with your order number and a few lines about your experience. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with any information needed to get your refund started. Once your refund is approved, it's issued to your original payment method and typically appears within 5–10 business days.
Returns
Depending on your situation, we may ask you to return your pillow as part of the refund process. If a return is needed, we'll include simple instructions and the return address in our reply, please don't send anything back before contacting us first, as unauthorized returns can't be matched to an order and may delay or void your refund. Items being returned should be in normal, cared-for condition and shipped back in secure packaging within 14 days of receiving your return instructions.
What's covered
The 60-night window starts on the day your order is delivered. The guarantee covers products in normal, cared-for condition, it doesn't cover damage from misuse, accidents, or pets. One guarantee claim per household per order, valid on purchases made at shoptruealigned.com.
Lifetime Warranty
Your TrueAligned pillow is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own it. If the foam fails, a seam splits, or the strap gives out under normal use, email us at support@shoptruealigned.com with a photo and your order number and we'll review it and replace it free. The warranty covers defects, not normal wear of the cover fabric, misuse, or damage from washing the foam core (the cover is machine-washable; the core is not).
Damaged, defective, or wrong item?
Email us at support@shoptruealigned.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll take care of it right away, wrong or damaged items are replaced at no cost to you.
