TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Agreement
By accessing shoptruealigned.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Legal Notice. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase on this site.
3. Products & Pricing
We work to keep every product description, image, and price accurate, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct errors, update pricing, and modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise at checkout. Promotional pricing, bundles, and discounts may change or end at any time.
4. Orders & Payment
Your order is an offer to purchase, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, you'll receive a full refund. Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify's secure payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.
5. Shipping, Returns & Guarantee
Shipping timelines are covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, our 60-Night Sleep Guarantee, and the Lifetime Warranty are covered in our Return & Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.
6. Digital Content
The Pain-Free by Morning guide (ebook) included with your order is licensed for your personal use only. You may keep it, read it on any of your devices, and print it for yourself. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or post it publicly.
7. Health Disclaimer
TrueAligned products support sleep comfort and posture. They are not medical devices, and nothing on this site is medical advice or intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Individual results vary. Consult your doctor about ongoing pain, injuries, or medical concerns.
8. Intellectual Property
All site content, including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and the ebook, belongs to TrueAligned and may not be used without written permission.
9. Reviews & Submissions
If you submit a review, photo, or other content to us, you grant TrueAligned a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it in connection with our products and marketing. Submit only content that's yours, truthful, and lawful; we may decline or remove any submission.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping its content, placing fraudulent orders, or abusing our guarantee or warranty programs.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueAligned's total liability for any claim related to your purchase or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law doesn't allow to be limited.
12. Indemnification
You agree to hold TrueAligned harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or content you submit.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which TrueAligned operates. Before pursuing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@shoptruealigned.com so we can try to resolve it directly, most issues are fixed with one email.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the site, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
